MS. VIVIAN SUN

Executive Director; Consultant - Listing Rules, Company Governance, General Compliance

Ms Sun has worked with a large state-owned listing company as its general counsel and company secretary (registered with the HK Stock Exchange). Prior to that position, she was the general counsel of an asset and security management company. She also served as the general counsel and chair assistant for a mining investment consulting firm with headquarters in Australia. Previously, she has been appointed as a director managing private equity projects for the family office of a large family group in Asia. ​

Ms. Sun received her LL.M. from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is a member of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (HKSI) with its license of senior practitioners, a member of the MAusIMM (The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy) and a member of the All Chinese Bar Association.

MS. YUAN LU

Senior Consultant - Trust, Tax, Wealth Management & General Corporate 

Ms. LU is admitted to practice as a lawyer in both New York and Hong Kong. She has served in a leading international law firm and then a leading investment bank, accumulatively for over 15 years. She is specialized in tax planning for multiple jurisdictions (PRC, Hong Kong and North America), trust and wealth management for high net-value individuals. She was also extensively exposed in transactions of pre-IPO planning, family office management, as well as M&A deals.

Ms. LU received a U.S. JD degree and an LL.M. degree (in tax law) from prestigious law schools.  Currently, she is a solicitor member of the Hong Kong Law Society and a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

MR. CHENG ZENG

Senior Consultant - Intellectual Property; Licensing; Regulatory Compliance of Drugs, Medical Devices and Dietary Supplements; Life Science; General Commercial

Admitted to practice in New York and China, Mr. Zeng has over 10 years of practice in general intellectual property and in the pharmaceutical industry. He worked in the intellectual property practice group of Jones Day for over 8 years, managing brand portfolios, enforcement actions and regulatory issues. He then joined a biotech company with headquarters in New York, overseeing the group's legal and compliance matters in product permission, trial process, privacy policy, market entry and product distribution matters.

Graduated from Georgetown University, Mr. Zeng had been an editor of the Food and Drug Law Journal.

  

MR. T.S. DONG

Eminent Advisor - Mining Law & Asset Appraisal

With over 30 years of experience, Mr. DONG is well-known nation-wide in the PRC mining and resource industry, with his capacity of advising mining law and mining asset appraisal issues. Being an appraisal consultant or a lawyer, he has involved nearly one thousand mining development or transaction projects. 

Mr. Dong holds multiple licenses to be a lawyer (in PRC), a mining value appraiser, a land evaluator, a registered engineering consultant and a judicial appraiser (PRC). He has published two books in mining law and mining rights.

Peter enriched his talent in mining, trade and commodity for over thirty years. He knows trade financing, global supply chain and can provide clients with invaluable insights in these arenas.  Being a senior trader at the London Metal Exchange, he has plenty of first-hand case experiences. 

Speaking Chinese like a native, Peter is one of the few senior overseas international trading consultants who have actually worked with Chinese companies. He understands the culture of Chinese companies and can easily communicate with decision-makers.
